Self Myofascial Release and Unwinding Self Myofascial Release and Unwinding can provide enormous relief to stored tension in your body. Self myofascial release is very helpful to use in between Myofascial Release sessions. and the class will go through teaching you to use various tools such as small balls, and rollers to release soft tissue.
Unwinding is wonderfully cathartic if tense is your operating system. Its gentle, like slow dancing, as the movements are initiated from within yourself. This class is a process of reconnecting you to your intuition. You'll be guided to ‘let go’ through self created gentle movements, reconnect to your inner self, and free you of stuck patterns.
Class includes a small ball useful for specific release and unwinding.

Mat Pilates Standard pilates uses a series of equipment called a reformer, however mat pilates are a series of exercises adapted to work with just your body equipment free on the floor. Mat Pilates is a way to stretch and strengthen your body, primarily the muscles of the core, which span from your hips to your shoulders. Joseph Pilates developed this exercise methodology in the early 1900s, and it borrows from disciplines such as dance, yoga and classic calisthenics.
