Free Your Feet - 4 Week Workshop

I love feet! Feet are amazing! They walk, run, climb, balance, and move you every day, all while being bound up in a tight little shoe. You may not realize all that your foot does, but it's a lot. Each foot has 26 bones with 33 joints and over 100 muscles, tendons and ligaments, all connected and are instrumental to a long chain of movements, muscles and fascia impacting your entire body; and, the way you move.

Whether you deal with foot issues such as plantar fasciitis, bunions, fallen arches, or have tight hips, low back stiffness, this is a great place to learn how your feet impact all of it.

Or, possibly you've heard about barefoot shoe ware and would like to transition from traditional foot ware to a more flexible option, this class is also for you.

To begin with you will:
  • Come away finding out why some shoes are horrendous for your feet and overall posture,
  • Self care strategies
  • Understanding of how your foot moves
  • Strengthening strategies

Self Myofascial Release and Unwinding
Self Myofascial Release and Unwinding can provide enormous relief to stored tension in your body.
Self myofascial release is very helpful to use in between Myofascial Release sessions. and the class will go through teaching you to use various tools such as small balls, and rollers to release soft tissue.

Unwinding is wonderfully cathartic if tense is your operating system. Its gentle, like slow dancing, as the movements are initiated from within yourself.
This class is a process of reconnecting you to your intuition. You'll be guided to ‘let go’ through self created gentle movements, reconnect to your inner self, and free you of stuck patterns.

Class includes a small ball useful for specific release and unwinding.
