Got Oils, but how do I use them?

How to use Essential Oils for better health


​For thousands of years, essential oils have been used to harness their health, cosmetic and emotionally uplifting properties. More powerful and effective than dry herbs, the purest essential oils deliver quick and effective results. Essential oils are generally extracted from the leaves, flowers, bark, stems, roots, seeds or other elements of a plant, tree, shrub or bush through careful steam distillation and also through cold pressing. The resulting essential oils contain the true essence of the plant it is derived from. As such, essential oils are highly concentrated and a little goes a long way.

Not all Essential Oils have been created equally, many have been synthetically manufactured and the chemicals can be harmful to your body. Do your research into what company you choose for your Essential Oils.

Essential oils may be 
  1. Inhaled: Apply one or two drops to your hands, rub together and place hands over nose and inhale deeply. You may also place several drops of oil in a diffuser and enjoy.
  2. Topically applied: Oils may be applied directly to the body. Common places are: base of head, temples, wrists, chest, soles of feet.  If you experience a burning or reddening to the skin, this indicates the oil is too strong and to dilute with V-6 or any carrier oil such as coconut oil, vegetable oil etc
  3. Taken Internally: ** CAUTION** NOT ALL BRANDS CAN BE INGESTED. However, a Therapeutic oil can be taken and support the body from the inside. Refer to oil label to ensure it is an appropriate oil for ingestion. Dilute oil in milk, or with V-6 in a capsule 


Essential Oils are a fabulous way to naturally support all your body systems to improve wellness and abundance, but are no way meant to replace any medication.
